EFFECTS OF THIS MEDICINE
This medicine decreases blood pressure by inhibiting angiotensin
converting enzyme (ACE)
and suppressing production of angiotensin II, a substance in the body
that elevates blood
pressure. It also improves diabetic nephropathy by ACE activity
inhibition of the kidney.
It is usually used to treat hypertension, renal parenchymal
hypertension and diabetic
nephropathy associated with type 1 diabetes mellitus.
THE FOLLOWING PATIENTS MAY NEED TO BE CAREFUL WHEN USING THIS
MEDICINE.BE SURE TO TELL YOUR DOCTOR
AND PHARMACIST.
・If you have previously experienced any allergic reactions (itch,
rash, etc.) to any medicines
or foods.
It you have a history of angioedema.
If you are on apheresis or hemodialysis.
・If you are pregnant, possibly pregnant or breastfeeding.
