PROPRIETARY NAME (and dosage form): BEESIX ® TABLETS COMPOSITION: Each tablet contains: Pyridoxine Hydrochloride 25,00 mg PHARMACOLOGICAL CLASSIFICATION: A 22.1.4 Vitamins - Other. PHARMACOLOGICAL ACTION: Pyridoxine Hydrochloride (vitamin B6) is converted in the body to pyridoxal phosphate which serves a vital role in metabolism as a co-enzyme for a wide variety of metabolic transformations of amino acids. INDICATIONS: Treatment and prevention of vitamin B6 deficiency. CONTRA-INDICATIONS: Pyridoxine administration should be avoided in patients receiving levodopa therapy. DOSAGE AND DIRECTIONS FOR USE: One to six tablets daily in divided doses. PRESENTATION: 25 and 100 tablets. STORAGE INSTRUCTIONS: Store below 25 °C. Protect from light, heat and moisture.
