EFFECTS OF THIS MEDICINE
By inhibiting spontaneous action potential of sensory nerve, this
medicine suppresses pain
and numbness in the hands and feet due to diabetes mellitus.
Usually, this medicine is used for the improvement of subjective
symptoms (spontaneous pain
and numbness) associated with diabetic neuropathy.
THE FOLLOWING PATIENTS MAY NEED TO BE CAREFUL WHEN USING THIS
MEDICINE.BE SURE TO TELL YOUR DOCTOR
AND PHARMACIST.
・If you have previously experienced any allergic reactions (itch,
rash etc.) to any medicines.
If you have severe conduction disorder (atrioventricular block etc.),
heart disease (myocardial
infarction, valvular disease, cardiomyopathy, sinus bradycardia, heart
failure etc.), hepatic or
renal disorder, hypotension or Parkinson's disease.
