EFFECTS OF THIS MEDICINE
This medicine shows hypnotic and sedative effects by acting on
benzodiazepine receptors in
the central nervous system to increase suppressive action of GABA.
It is usually used for treatment of insomnia (excluding insomnia
associated with schizophrenia
or manic-depressive psychosis).
THE FOLLOWING PATIENTS MAY NEED TO BE CAREFUL WHEN USING THIS
MEDICINE.BE SURE TO TELL YOUR DOCTOR
AND PHARMACIST.
・If you have previously experienced any allergic reactions (itch,
rash, etc.) to any medicines
or foods.
If you have liver disorder, myasthenia gravis, acute narrow angle
glaucoma, decreased
respiratory function (due to cor pulmonale, pulmonary emphysema,
bronchial asthma or
acute phase of cerebrovascular disorders).
・If you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
