EFFECTS OF THIS MEDICINE
This medicine shows increase of mucous fibers in the sputum by
promoting the production of
surface active materials from the alveolar cells, and makes sputum
easier to cough up.
It is usually used for the improvement of difficulty in expectoration
of sputum associated with
acute bronchitis, bronchial asthma, chronic bronchitis,
bronchiectasis, pulmonary tuberculosis,
pneumoconiosis and after surgery.
THE FOLLOWING PATIENTS MAY NEED TO BE CAREFUL WHEN USING THIS
MEDICINE.BE SURE TO TELL YOUR DOCTOR
AND PHARMACIST.
