Chirocaine 0,25%, 0,5%, 0,75% Injektionslösung/Konzentrat zur
Zubereitung von
Infusionslösungen:
1 ml enthält 2,5 mg bzw. 5 mg bzw. 7,5 mg Levobupivacainum.
Eine Ampulle à 10 ml enthält 25 mg bzw. 50 mg bzw. 75 mg
Levobupivacainum.
Chirocaine 0,125%, gebrauchsfertige Infusionslösung:
1 ml enthält 1,25 mg Levobupivacainum.
1 Beutel à 100 ml bzw. 200 ml enthält 125 mg bzw. 250 mg
Levobupivacainum.
Indikationen/Anwendungsmöglichkeiten
Erwachsene:
Anästhesie bei chirurgischen Eingriffen
Epidural intrathekal, periphere Nervenblockade. Lokale Infiltration,
peribulbäre Blockade in der
Augenchirurgie, zahnärztliche Eingriffe.
Schmerzbehandlung
Kontinuierliche epidurale Infusion, einzelne oder multiple epidurale
Bolus-Injektion zur Behandlung
von postoperativen und Wehenschmerzen, (siehe Rubriken
«Dosierung/Anwendung»,
«Eigenschaften/Wirkungen»).
Jugendliche ab 12 Jahren:
Infiltrationsanästhesie bei inguinalem/iliohypogastrischem Block.
Dosierung/Anwendung
Übliche Dosierung
Die untenstehende Tabelle stellt Dosierungsrichtlinien für die am
häufigsten durchgeführten Blocks
dar. Zur Analgesie (z.B. epidurale Applikation zur Schmerzbehandlung)
werden die niedrigsten
Dosen empfohlen. Wenn tiefe oder längere Anästhesie mit dichtem
motorischen Block (z.B.
epiduraler oder peribulbärer Block) erreicht werden soll, können die
höheren Konzentrationen
verwendet werden.
