The devices are intended for use by anaesthesiologists in order to create and maintain a patent airway during anaesthesia. The devices come in 7 sizes to suit all patients in which use of a laryngeal airway is indicated. The single-use device is marketed under the trade name ‘LaPremiere Plus’ and is supplied sterile. The reusable device is marketed under the trade name ‘LaEncore Plus’ and is supplied non-sterile for reprocessing and sterilization by the user. These devices are accompanied by accessories to aid placement and fixation.
