If lowered level of control is experienced, resistance testing of your ticks is recommended. Bayticol should be used at intervals of not more than 19-21 days to control Cattle Tick (Rhipicephalus (Boophilus) australis). Control is not adversely affected by rainfall a few hours after treatment. Bayticol controls Paralysis Tick (Ixodes holocyclus) and New Zealand Cattle Tick (Haemaphysalis longicornis) on cattle and horses.
