This permit is issued to the Permit Holder in response to an
application granted by the APVMA
under section 112 of the Agvet Codes of the jurisdictions set out
below. This permit allows a
person, as stipulated below, to use the product in the manner
specified in this permit in the
designated jurisdictions. This permit also allows any person to claim
that the product can be
used in the manner specified in this permit.
THIS PERMIT IS IN FORCE FROM 24 DECEMBER 2012 TO 31 MARCH 2018.

Attachment 1 Various fungicides (Copper oxychloride and Tebuconazole)
for control of
specified fungal diseases.
Attachment 2 Various herbicides (2,4-D and Trifluralin) for control of
specified weed species.
Attachment 3 Various insecticides (Abamectin, _Bacillus
thuringiensis_, Fenbutatin oxide,
Methamidaphos, Petroleum oil, Sulphur and Terbufos) for control of
specified
insect pests.
Use must be undertaken in accordance with ALL the details (Products,
Directions for use,
Critical use comments, etc.) and Additional Conditions of that
Attachment.
