WARNING
Flammable liquid and vapour. May be harmful if swallowed. May cause
mild skin
irritation. Presumed to/may cause organ damage from repeated oral
exposure at high
doses. May cause eye damage.
HANDLING PRECAUTIONS
Keep away from sources of ignition. Avoid contact with skin or eyes.
Do not eat, drink or
smoke while using. When handling, wear impervious gloves and goggles.
Remove
protective clothing and wash hands and face thoroughly before meals
after work.
FIRST AID
If swallowed do NOT induce vomiting.
For advice contact the National Poisons Centre – 0800 POISON (0800
764 766) – or a
doctor, immediately. If splashed in the eyes, wash out immediately
with water. If skin or
hair contact occurs, remove contaminated clothing and flush skin and
hair with running
water.
ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION
Toxic to aquatic organisms with long lasting effects. Toxic to
terrestrial vertebrates.
Toxic to terrestrial invertebrates. Avoid contamination of any water
supply with product
or empty container. Avoid release to the environment. Collect
spillage.
DIRECTIONS FOR USE
By law the user must take due care, obtaining expert advice when
necessary, to
avoid unnecessary pain and distress when using the product other than
as directed
on the label.
MIXING
For the control of ticks and lice on sheep by total saturation dipping
methods (plunge
dip or constant replenishment shower). Mix at the rate of 1litre of
Bayticol Liquid to
1125 litres of clean water (250mLs to 280 litres) and top up when
necessary at the
same rate.
