To relieve minor swelling and soreness, massage COOLING GEL gently and
evenly over
tendons and joints before and after exercise.
To promote a cooling effect, wash or hose horse with water. Scrape
off. Massage
COOLING GEL over limbs and joints. Alternatively, mix 100 g (5
tablespoons) of COOLING
GEL into 4 litres of water. Wash with sponge and massage onto skin and
legs.
WARNING: Avoid contact with mucous membranes, eyes and open wounds.
