Penicillin G procaine and penicillin benzathine are antibiotics in the penicillin family and are considered highly important to human and animal health. DIRECTIONS FOR USE SHAKE WELL BEFORE USE DOSAGE 10,000 to 25,000 IU/kg (up to 8.5 mL/100 kg body weight), unless otherwise prescribed by a veterinary surgeon. DAIRY CATTLE (LACTATING): 25,000 IU/kg (8.5 mL/100 kg) as A SINGLE dose only. HORSES AND NON-LACTATING CATTLE: 25,000 IU/kg (8.5 mL/100 kg) once every 48 hours for up to three doses. PIGS: 10,000 – 25,000 IU/kg (3.5 to 8.5 mL/100 kg) once every 48 hours for up to three doses. SHEEP, CATS AND DOGS: 30,000 IU/kg (1 mL/10 kg) once every 48 hours for up to three doses. Administer by intramuscular or subcutaneous injection (intramuscular only in cattle, horses and pigs). Injection must be given in the anterior half of the neck in food producing animals. Doses larger than 20 mL should be divided and half injected on each side of the neck. NOT FOR USE IN BOBBY CALVES.
