ACTIVE INGREDIENT: 100g/L Fipronil
INDICATIONS: To treat, prevent and control infestations of fleas on
Puppies and Small Dogs over 8
weeks of age and weighing between 2kg and 10kg. Flevox is safe to use
on breeding, pregnant or
lactating bitches.
Treats and controls Flea Allergy Dermatitis (FAD) via flea control.
Flevox eliminates fleas thus
breaking the FAD cycle as fleas are the cause. Animals with severe FAD
may require additional
treatment. For the treatment and control of (FAD) on affected dogs
apply monthly. Also treat all
other dogs and cat sin the household to maintain control.
Flevox is active against fleas for at least 2 months on dogs and
repeat treatment is recommended at
2 monthly intervals. In times of high flea infestation or in the
treatment and control of FAD, a
monthly application is recommended.
Flevox can be used to treat dogs shortly after bathing and shampooing.
Bathing or shampooing is not
recommended within 48 hours of treatment.
CONTRAINDICATIONS & PRECAUTIONS:
Do not use on puppies less than 8 weeks old and/or weighing less than
2kg. Do not use on sick or
convalescent animals. Do not use on rabbits as adverse reactions and
even death could occur.
Always ensure correct pipette size is administered to reduce the risk
of overdose.
It is important to make sure that the product is applied to an area
where the animal cannot lick it off,
and to make sure that animals do not lick each other following
treatment. If licking occurs a brief
period of hypersalivation may be observed.
DIRECTIONS FOR USE:
By law the user must take due care, obtaining expert advice when
necessary, to avoid unnecessary
pain and distress when using the product other than as directe
