POSOLOGIE :
•
Dans le traitement des ulcères gastriques, la Pâte GastroGard
®
doit être administrée par voie orale une fois par jour pendant 28
jours (4 semaines), à une posologie de 4 mg d’oméprazole/kg de
poids corporel.
• Pour aider à prévenir la récurrence des ulcères gastriques,
poursuivre le traitement pendant 28 jours (4 semaines) additionnels
en administrant la Pâte GastroGard
®
à une posologie de 2 mg
d’oméprazole/kg de poids corporel.
• Pour aider à prévenir l'apparition des ulcères gastriques, la
Pâte
GastroGard
®
doit être administrée par voie orale une fois par jour,
à la posologie recommandée de 1 mg d'oméprazo
