Imrestor is a sterile injectable formulation of pegbovigrastim in
single-dose syringes each containing 15 mg of pegbovigrastim
protein.
INDICATION: For restoration of suppressed immune cell function
around the time of calving in cattle.
An aid in the prevention of mastitis around the time of calving in
dairy cattle.
During the period around calving the immune function of cattle is
suppressed, in large part due to a drop in the number and function
of neutrophils. The neutrophil is a type of white blood cell that
protects against bacterial infections. Imrestor works by restoring
neutrophil function to normal levels. Imrestor should be used as part
of a preventive herd approach to dry cow management and mastitis
control.
DIRECTIONS FOR USE:
DOSAGE AND ADMINISTRATION:
Inject Imrestor subcutaneously (under the skin). Remove surface
dirt from the injection site area before injecting. Inject the entire
contents of the syringe subcutaneously. Do not reuse the syringe.
This is a two-dose regimen. The first injection of Imrestor should
occur approximately 7 days prior to the cow or heifer’s anticipated

24 hours after calving.
WITHHOLDING PERIODS: MEAT – NIL; MILK - NIL
PRECAUTIONS: You may notice swelling of mucosal membranes
(including, but not limited to, eyelids, and vulva and anal regions),
swelling of the knees, increased res
