INDICATIONS
CHICKENS:
For the prevention and treatment of Chronic Respiratory Disease
(airsacculitis) caused by
_Mycoplasma _spp. and CRD complex (complicated airsacculitis)
associated with mycoplasma
and coliform infections susceptible to the combination of lincomycin
and/or spectinomycin.
SWINE:
For the treatment of swine dysentery, bacterial enteritis caused by
_E. coli_, _Salmonella _spp.
and/or _Lawsonia intracellularis_ (ileitis), and infectious arthritis
caused by organisms
susceptible to lincomycin and/or spectinomycin.
Proliferative enteritis is most commonly seen in post-weaned pigs of 6
to 26 weeks of age. A 7
day treatment with Linco-Spectin Soluble Powder is recommended for the
treatment of
proliferative enteritis.
DOSAGE: See product insert.
CONTRAINDICATIONS: Do not allow species other than chicken or swine to
access
medicated drinking water.
WITHHOLDING PERIODS
MEAT: CHICKENS: 2 DAYS; PIGS: 8 DAYS
EGGS: 10 DAYS
STORAGE: Store below 25°C.
