PAMLIN INJECTION
Active Constituent: 5 mg/mL Diazepam
For use as an anticonvulsant in foals and as a preanaesthetic to
xylazine/ketamine anaesthesia in
horses. For use as a preanaesthetic and anticonvulsant in dogs.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE:
USE THE CONTENTS WITHIN 3 MONTHS OF FIRST BROACHING OF THE VIAL.
DISCARD THE UNUSED PORTION
DOGS:
Preanaesthetic: 0.2 – 0.6 mL per 5 kg bodyweight, by intramuscular
or slow intravenous
injection.
Anticonvulsant: 1 mL per 5 kg bodyweight, by slow intravenous
injection.
HORSES:
Preanaesthetic to xylazine/ ketamine anaesthesia: 12 mL per 450 kg
bodyweight, by
intramuscular injection.
FOALS:
Anticonvulsant: 1 – 4 mL per 50 kg bodyweight, by slow intravenous
injection.
CAUTION:
Avoid small veins and intra-arterial administration. Avoid repeated
administration at
the same injection site.
