An alarm system that connects to a sensors around/on a venous puncture site dressing or catheter connection to detect blood or disconnection of the catheter. It is usually used in haemodialysis situations though can be used in other clinical arenas. Consists of an alarm unit, cable and charger. Does not contain the sensor.
