Net Contents: 1, 5 and 10 x 10 dose vial 1, 5 and 10 x 50 dose vial Directions for Use: Restraints: Contraindications: Precautions: This product has not been tested in breeding or lactating cattle. Side Effects: Nasal discharge and/or fever may be present in cattle for up to one week after vaccination. Dosage and Administration: USE RECONSTITUTED PRODUCT WITHIN 8 HOURS OF MIXING. For Intranasal Use Only 2 mL dose per animal by intranasal vaccination. Preparation of the vaccine: RLP APPROVED KEEP THE VACCINE AND SALINE PACK cool and out of direct sunlight. For the 10 dose and the 50 dose presentation, a 100 mL pack of saline is required. For the 10 dose pack: 1. Using a sterile needle and syringe, draw up 20 mL of sterile saline. 2. Add to the freeze dried vaccine in the vial to reconstitute the freeze dried pellet. Once added, swirl gently, do not shake to dissolve. 3. The glass vial now contains 10 x 2 mL doses of vaccine. For the 50 dose pack: 1. Using a sterile needle and syringe, draw up 20 mL of sterile saline. 2. Add to the freeze dried vaccine in the vial to reconstitute the freeze dried pellet. Once added, swirl gently, do not shake to dissolve. Draw up the reconstituted vaccine into the syringe and transfer it to the saline pack. 3. Repeat the above two points, using the same saline pack, to double rinse the glass vaccine vial to remove all vaccine and transfer into the saline pack. 4.
