GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS:
To avoid operator insecticide contact when concurrent treatments are
carried
out, VIRBAC DELTAMETHRIN POUR-ON should be applied last. Operators
must wear
gloves. In a proportion of treated animals, some scurfiness may
develop at the
site of application. In most cases this scurfiness will disappear
within three
weeks of application of this product. Apply with recommended
applicator.
This product will have a knockdown effect on flies and protect against
re-infes-
tation for up to 14 days. Resistance of flies to synthetic
pyrethroids, or adverse
weather conditions following treatment may reduce the period of
protection.
It is good agricultural practice not to treat animals when they are
wet or if rain
is likely.
PROTECTION OF WILDLIFE, FISH, CRUSTACEA AND ENVIRONMENT:
DANGEROUS TO FISH. Do not contaminate dams, rivers or streams with the
pesticide or used containers.
AVOID CONTACT WITH FOOD.
SAFETY DIRECTIONS:
PRODUCT IS POISONOUS IF SWALLOWED. MAY IRRITATE THE EYES AND SKIN.

MAJOR HEALTH HAZARDS:
Physical signs of deltamethrin poisoning can include dermatitis after
skin contact; exposure
to sunlight can make it worse. Severe swelling of the face including
lips and eyelids can occur. Symptoms and
consequences of poisoning include: sweating, fever, anxiety and rapid
heartbeat. If swallowed, symptoms are likely to
include feeling sick, vomiting, diarrhoea, twitching of arms and legs,
