and Tapeworm (_Dipylidium caninum,Taenia sp._) IN CATS AND KITTENS.

INDICATIONS
For use against the following species of worms:
In cats and kittens -
_Toxascaris leonina, Toxocara sp., Ancylostoma sp*, Uncinaria
stenocephala*, Dipylidium_
_caninum and_ _Taenia _sp.
* DOES NOT OCCUR IN NEW ZEALAND.
DIRECTIONS FOR USE:
Studies have not been conducted in pregnant queens and therefore the
use of the product in those animals should be
carefully considered
DOSAGE AND ADMINISTRATION:
CATS:
- 1 tablet/5 kg bodyweight
YOUNG ANIMALS:
- KITTENS
- Treat at 2, 4, 8 and 12 weeks of age.
FEMALES:
- BREEDING
- Treat during the mating period, during the gestation
period one week before birth and 3 to 4 weeks after birth.
- OTHER
- Treat every 3 months.
MALES:
- Treat every 3 months.
_VIRBAC_ ENDOGARD PALATABLE ALLWORMER FOR CATS & KITTENS is to be used
as a single dose
treatment. If the cats do not readily accept, chew and swallow the
tablet, it should be crushed up and placed
on their meal.
Fleas are intermediate hosts for tapeworm (_Dipylidium caninum_).
Effective flea control will reduce the incidence
of tapeworm.
SAFETY DIRECTIONS:
May irritate the eyes. Avoid contact with eyes. Wash hands after use.
