PHARMACHEM D-Worm Intestinal Wormer For Dogs Pharmachem D-Worm Intestinal Wormer For Dogs is to be used for the control of gastrointestinal worms in dogs including: Roundworm (_Toxocara canis,_ _Toxascaris leonina_), Hookworm (_Ancylostoma_ _caninum, Ancylostoma braziliense_ (This hookworm is rare outside the coastal areas of north Queensland, Northern Territory and northern Western Australia), _Uncinaria stenocephala_), Whipworm (_Trichuris_ _vulpis_), Hydatid tapeworm (_Echinococcus granulosis_), common flea tapeworm (_Dipylidium caninum_), _Taenia_ spp. CAUTION KEEP OUT OF REACH OF CHILDREN FOR ANIMAL TREATMENT ONLY PHARMACHEM D-WORM Intestinal Wormer For Dogs Active Constituents: Each tablet contains: 250 mg fenbendazole 144 mg pyrantel embonate 50 mg praziquantel DOES NOT CONTROL HEARTWORM (_DIROFILARIA IMMITIS_) TO BE USED BY, OR UNDER THE DIRECTION OF, A REGISTERED VETERINARY SURGEON ONLY Contents: 2, (4), (50), (100) Tablets Pharmachem Unit 6, Fison Avenue West EAGLE FARM QLD 4009 Telephone: 07 3868 0333 Facsimile: 07 3868 0344 DIRECTIONS FOR USE : Administer Pharmachem D-Worm Intestinal Wormer For Dogs as a single dose by mouth. Weigh dog to determine dosage. Give one (1) tablet per 10 kg bodyweight rounding up to the nearest ¼ tablet. Treatment is best given after a meal in the morning. Treatment regimen: Hydatid Tapeworm. Dogs should not be fed, or allowed to feed on offal from any species. Dogs in hydatid areas should be treated every 6 weeks. Other tapeworms: Treat every 3 months Control of fleas on your dog by appropriate treatment limits infestation by _Dipylidium_ spp. tapeworms as fleas are vectors of these parasites.
