WHAT UNIPHYLLIN
® CONTINUS
® TABLETS IS AND WHAT IT IS USED FOR
UNIPHYLLIN
® CONTINUS
® tablets are prolonged release tablets and they are used for the
treatment and
prophylaxis of bronchospasm associated with asthma, chronic
obstructive pulmonary disease and chronic
bronchitis. They are also indicated for the treatment of left
ventricular and congestive cardiac failure.
They contain the active ingredient theophylline
which it belongs to a pharmaceutical group called
Bronchodilator .
You must talk to a doctor if you do not feel better or if you feel
worse after using UNIPHYLLIN
®
CONTINUS
® tablets.

if you are allergic to theophylline or any of the other ingredients of
this medicine (listed in section 6).

if you suffer with porphyria.
WARNINGS AND PRECAUTIONS
Talk to your doctor or pharmacist before taking UNIPHYLLIN

You smoke or drink alcohol.

You have had or going to have flu injections.
