General Instructions:
MIXING
Shake container prior to opening. Two thirds fill the spray tank with
clean water, and with
the agitator operating, add the required quantity of SKOPE. Top up the
spray tank to the
required volume with clean water with the agitator running. Add the
required quantity of
adjuvant after mixing is complete and spray tank is filled to the
required level. Maintain
agitation while spraying.
APPLICATION
Ground application: Ensure thorough coverage of foliage. Apply in a
spray volume of
80-100 L/ha.
Aerial application: Ensure thorough coverage of foliage. Apply using a
minimum 20 L/ha
spray volume.
Resistance Warning:
For insecticide resistance management, SKOPE® Insecticide is a Group
4A and Group 6
Insecticide. Some naturally occurring insect biotypes resistant to
SKOPE and other Group
4A and Group 6 insecticides may exist through normal genetic
variability in any
insect population. Repeated use of one particular insecticide or
insecticides from the same
chemical group can lead to the early development of insect resistance
to that insecticide or

SECTION 2 - HAZARDS IDENTIFICATION
STATEMENT OF HAZARDOUS NATURE
This product is classified as:
Xn, Harmful. N, Dangerous to the environment. Hazardous according to
the criteria of
SWA.
Not subject to the ADG Code when transported in Australia by Road or
Rail in packages 500kg(L) or less; or IBCs
(refer to SP AU01). However if transported by Air or Sea, this
provision does not apply. Then the product is classed
as Dangerous (Class 9 Environmentally Hazardous) by IATA and
IMDG/IMSBC respectively. See details below and in
Section 14 of this SDS.
RISK PHRASES:
R22, R48/22, R50/53. Harmful if swallowed. Harmful: danger of serious
damage to health by
prolonged exposure if swallowed. Very toxic to aquatic organisms, may
cause long-term adverse effects to the
aquatic environment.

RESTRAINTS
DO NOT apply to crops under visible stress.
DO NOT apply more than two applications of SKOPE
®
per crop.
DO NOT apply other products containing EMAMECTIN to the same pulse
crop treated with SKOPE
®
.
DO NOT spray crops while bees are actively foraging.
DO NOT apply if heavy rains or storms are forecast within 3 days.
DO NOT irrigate to the point of runoff for at least 3 days after
application.
SPRAY DRIFT RESTRAINTS
Specific definitions for terms used in this section of the label can
be found at apvma.gov.au/spraydrift.
DO NOT allow bystanders to come into contact with the spray cloud.
DO NOT apply in a manner that may cause an unacceptable impact to
native vegetation, agricultural crops, landscaped gardens and
aquaculture production,
or cause contamination of plant or livestock commodities, outside the
application site from spray drift. The buffer zones in the relevant
buffer zone table/s
below provide guidance but may not be sufficient in all situations.
Wherever possible, correctly use application equipment designed to
reduce spray drift and
apply when the wind direction is away from these sensitive areas.
DO NOT apply unless the wind speed is between 3 and 20 kilometres per
hour at the application site during the time of application.
DO NOT apply if there are hazardous surface temperature inversion
conditions present at the application site during the time of
application. Surface
temperature inversion conditions exist most evenings one to two hours
before sunset and persist until one to two hours after sunrise.
DO NOT apply by a boom sprayer unless the following requirements are
met:
• Spray droplets are not smaller than a MEDIUM spray droplet size
category.
• Minimum distances between the application site and downwind
sensitive areas are observed (see ‘Mandatory buffer zones’
section).
DO NOT apply by aircraft unless the following requirements are met:
