AUTHORISED UNDER APPROPRIATE LEGISLATION
CAUTION:
NOT TO BE USED AS A FOOD CONTAINER. Excessive
copper concentrations may stain hair and swimwear
as well as discolour pool surfaces.
GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS:
1.Clean pool thoroughly, brush walls and floor. Vacuum pool.
2.Adjust pH to between 7.2 - 7.6. Filter as normal
3.Add Copper Algaecide after swimming has finished for the day,
as determined from the table. Do not add via the pool skimmer -
pre-dilute in pool water & broadcast across water surface.
4.Allow a few days for product to clear algae infected pools.
To remove blackspot and other growths on walls, or floor,
brush walls and floor of pool thoroughly with a stiff bristle brush.
5.Allow sediment to settle for 2-3 hours then vacuum directly to
waste.
Copper in water reduces the activity of chlorine and
bromine. Check chlorine or bromine levels after
applying this product and adjust according to those
products instructions. This product is not compatible
with Baquacil.
Do NOT Superchlorinate or add Calcium Hypochlorite
or any alkaline material for 72 hours after adding product.
Delay normal dosing for 24 hours after treatment
WINTER MAINTENANCE:
Use as a winterizer in the non-swimming months to
keep pools free of most algae.
If the pool is not intended
to be used for bathing such as during winter, an
algaecide may be used without a sanitizer for algae
control - refer to dose table.
STORAGE & HANDLING:
Store in the closed, original contain
er
in a cool dry place
