takeda pharma a/s - brentuximab vedotin - lymphoma, non-hodgkin; hodgkin disease - antineoplastische middelen - hodgkin lymphomaadcetris is indicated for adult patients with previously untreated cd30+ stage iv hodgkin lymphoma (hl) in combination with doxorubicin, vinblastine and dacarbazine (avd). adcetris is indicated for the treatment of adult patients with cd30+ hl at increased risk of relapse or progression following autologous stem cell transplant (asct). adcetris is geïndiceerd voor de behandeling van volwassen patiënten met recidiverende of refractaire cd30+ hodgkin lymfoom (hl):na asct, orfollowing ten minste twee voorafgaande therapieën als asct of multi-agent chemotherapie is niet een behandeling optie. systemische anaplastisch grote cel lymphomaadcetris in combinatie met cyclofosfamide, doxorubicine en prednison (wkk) is geïndiceerd voor volwassen patiënten met eerder behandelde systemische anaplastisch grote cel lymfoom (salcl). adcetris is geïndiceerd voor de behandeling van volwassen patiënten met recidiverende of refractaire salcl. cutane t-cel lymphomaadcetris is geïndiceerd voor de behandeling van volwassen patiënten met cd30+ cutaan t-cel lymfoom (ctcl) na ten minste 1 voor systemische therapie.
