WHAT PHENOBARBITONE ASPEN TABLETS ARE USED FOR Phenobarbitone Aspen tablets contain the active ingredient phenobarbitone, which belongs to a group of medicines called barbiturates. Barbiturates act by inducing sleep and stopping convulsions. Phenobarbitone Aspen tablets are used for: _ _ • epileptic fits • sedation.
