WHAT PABRON COUGH &
SINUS IS USED FOR
PABRON
COUGH
&
SINUS
is
indicated for the symptomatic relief
of upper respiratory tract disorders
accompanied by productive cough.
HOW PABRON COUGH & SINUS
WORKS
PABRON
COUGH
&
SINUS
contains
triprolidine
hydrochloride
(HCl),
pseudoephedrine
HCl
and
guaiphenesin as active ingredients.
TRIPROLIDINE
HYDROCHLORIDE (HCL)
belongs to a group of medicine called
antihistamines. It works by blocking
a
certain
natural
substance
(histamine) that
your body
makes
during an allergic reaction.
PSEUDOEPHEDRINE
HYDROCHLORIDE
(HCL)
is a decongestant that shrinks
blood vessels in the nasal passages.
This leads to clearing of the stuffy or
blocked nose.
GUAIPHENESIN
is
an
expectorant
used in the symptomatic relief of
respiratory
conditions
associated
with
productive
cough,
with
the
presence of mucus in the airway.
It
works by reducing the thickness of
mucus.
