GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS DOMESTIC SPAS
1. DOSAGE RATES will vary in accordance with Spa pool temperature and
usage.
2. START UP DOSE - 1 Litre of SPA SANITISER per 1000 litres of Spa
water. Run the spa pump for 15
minutes. Using your test kit or test strips, test the Bactericide and
Clarifier levels in the Spa water, dosing
until 100ppm is reached. Thereafter for normal use add a minimum of
200ml per 1000 litres of Spa water,
two or three times a week or as required, to maintain the hydrogen
peroxide level at 100ppm. Check pH.
Weekly shock dosing may be required to consistently achieve a
satisfactory bactericide level.
3. TESTING WATER - Before using Spa pool test the water to confirm a
reading of 100ppm of Bactericide &
Clarifier. If pH falls below the required level add dry alkali, if it
rises add dry acid.
4. ALGAE & BODY OIL BUILD UP - To prevent algae and body build up in
Spa water, use Spa Clean, as directed. A
solution containg the active ingredient Alkyldimethylammonium Chloride
100g/L.
5. FILTER - Should be properly cleaned and backwashed regularly.
Filter elements should be cleaned/washed
at least once a week using a Filter Cleaner as directed.
6. MAINTENANCE GUIDE - To obtain the maximum performance from your
Spa, ask your Spa Sanitiser specialist
for further information.
CAUTION
: DO NOT use as a food container.
STORAGE AND DISPOSAL
Store in the closed, original container in a cool, dry place. Do not
store in direct sunlight. Do not transfer to any
other container. Do not mix with any other chemicals, explosions may
occur. DO NOT store with chlorine,
bromine or any other chemical. Rinse containers thoroughly with clean
water before disposal. Add rinsings to
Spa.
