1. CHE COS’È BISOPROLOLO MYLAN GENERICS COMPRESSE E A COSA SERVE
Il principio attivo di questo farmaco è il Bisoprololo fumarato, che
appartiene ad una
categoria di farmaci chiamati betabloccanti. Tali farmaci agiscono
influenzando la risposta
fisiologica ad alcuni impulsi nervosi, soprattutto a livello del
cuore. Ne consegue che il
bisoprololo rallenta la frequenza del battito cardiaco rendendo più
efficace il lavoro del
cuore per pompare sangue in tutto il corpo. L’insufficienza cardiaca
si verifica quando il
muscolo cardiaco è debole ed incapace di pompare sangue sufficiente
alle necessità del
corpo.
Bisoprololo è utilizzato:

per il trattamento dell’insufficienza cardiaca cronica stabile.

Ogni compressa contiene 1,25 mg di bisoprololo fumarato

Solo le compresse di Bisoprololo Mylan Generics compresse da 2,5 mg, 5
mg e 10 mg
possono essere suddivise in metà uguali.

INFORMAZIONI CLINICHE
4.1
INDICAZIONI TERAPEUTICHE
•
Trattamento dell’insufficienza cardiaca cronica stabile con ridotta
funzione
sistolica ventricolare sinistra in combinazione con ACE inibitori e
diuretici ed
eventualmente glicosidi cardiaci (per ulteriori informazioni vedere
paragrafo
5.1).
•
Trattamento dell’angina pectoris cronica stabile.
•
Trattamento dell’ipertensione essenziale.
